Personal Travel Insurance provides comprehensive Travel Insurance for individuals throughout Europe.
Single Trip Cover
Children under 18 are half price, infants under 2 are free.
Maximum age 85 for Single Trip travel insurance.

The Combined Package provides comprehensive Travel Insurance for families and all passengers in the vehicle for a maximum of 8 people including the driver, AND the vehicle against Motor Breakdown in one value for money package.
The Combined Ski Package provides comprehensive Travel Insurance with Winter Sports Cover for the family and all passengers in the vehicle for a maximum of 8 people including the driver, AND the vehicle against Motor Breakdown in one value for money package.
European Motor Breakdown Cover provides cover for the vehicle against Motor Breakdown.
Upgrade to GOLD for extra cover: £1,000 garage labour, unlimited roadside assistance, 24 days car hire, £1,200 emergency accommodation for extra security and peace of mind - available for the Combined product, Combined with Winter Sports, and European Motor Breakdown.
Vehicle must be less than 15 years old at time of travel or cover (Silver cover)
Vehicle must be less than 11 years old at time of travel or cover (Gold cover)
All vehicles must be taxed, insured and where relevant, have a valid MOT.
Caravans and Trailers of proprietary make must be in roadworthy condition and carry a spare wheel and tyre.

Service and Claims Complaints
If your complaint is about the service you received or a claim under your Eurotunnel LeShuttle Insurance Policy, please see the complaints procedures in the policy terms and conditions relating to the relevant insurer. For Motor Breakdown Cover this is the RAC and Personal Travel Insurance this is AXA insurance.

In the unlikely event that a complaint remains unresolved after 8 weeks from the date it was made, you can refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS). The FOS provides a mechanism for resolving disputes which is a simple, informal and accessible alternative to the courts. Their contact details are:

You have six months from the date of our final response to refer the matter to the FOS. Referral to the FOS will not affect your legal rights. General insurance products have a statutory cancellation period of 14 days during which period you will receive a full refund of premium unless the insurance cover has already started. Please consult the policy terms and conditions for how to cancel a policy.

For UK residents, it's best to follow Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office advice: always take travel insurance when on holiday as the GHIC (Global Health Insurance Card) card does not cover everything. When skiing make sure you have winter sports cover for extra protection when skiing.
